Jeffrey Harrington Homes has started construction of two very unique beach homes on West Beach on Galveston Island. The homes were beautifully designed by designworks architect Jill Bryant and will be constructed out of Structural Insulated Panels furnished by New Frontier from Conroe, Texas. The SIPs will be utilized for the flooring system, walls and roof panels and will deliver superior strength and energy efficiency. In addition, the homes will utilize fiberglas pilings furnished by Pearson Pilings.

Jeffrey Harrington Homes has broken ground on a new custom home in Bellaire, Texas. This continues a long line of collaboration between the talented designer and Jeffrey Harrington Homes. Two years back, a project was featured on the Bellaire Home Showcase and if all goes well, this project may also. The home is just over 4000 square feet and is typical of the Spanish Meditteranean style that Guillermo is known for.

Jeffrey Harrington Homes and APD have entered into a professional agreement to design and build custom homes and remodel/renovate homes in the Heights and surrounding areas of Houston.
